The bus is a converted 1989 Ford E350 with a Thomas bus shell, containing a fully operational coffee shop inside. The espresso machine is a 2022 La Pavoni 2-group Bar Star semi-automatic, and the fridge is a 9cu foot GE RV fridge that can run on both battery and when plugged into shore power. There is a Malkhonig K30 grinder and Avantco pour-over airpot brewer as well. The bus contains fresh water tanks in the bus and a waste-water tank underneath the bus. We used on-bus water filtration and a softener for the espresso machine. Everything can run on a 30amp/220v plug or run on the Honda eu7000 inverter generator. Everything on-board, from the electrical to water lines, sinks, etc. Meets KDA standards in Kansas for a food truck. You will want to consult your local licensing authority if you live outside of Kansas to make sure the bus meets your local food establishment standards. The bus runs well but she’s older and no speed demon. If you live more than 50 miles from 67211, we’ll need to work out transport details. I will not bring the bus to you out of state, but I can help you strategize the best way to get the bus back to your home.
